Posterera processes orders within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details, where applicable.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Generally, orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery time may be affected by factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Posterera shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.

We ship across India using trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before completing the payment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing the order. Posterera will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details or unreachable contact numbers provided by the customer.

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Customers are advised to inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery. Claims regarding damaged packaging after accepting the parcel may not be entertained.
