Posterera accepts returns only in cases where the product is physically damaged during transit or if an incorrect or mismatched product has been delivered. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, incorrect product selection by the customer, minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences, customized or personalized products, or products that have been used or altered after delivery.
To process any return or refund request, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must begin before opening the sealed parcel and must clearly show the shipping label, the condition of the packaging, and the product inside. The issue or damage must be clearly visible in the video. The recording must be continuous and unedited. Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
To request a return, customers must email theposterera.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, mentioning their Order ID and attaching the complete unboxing video. Clear images of the issue may also be required. Our team will review the request within 2 to 3 business days.
If the claim is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in the customer’s account. In the case of Cash on Delivery orders, customers will be required to provide valid bank details to process the refund.
In certain cases, Posterera may offer a replacement instead of a refund. If the replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers are advised to refuse the parcel and inform us immediately. Claims made after accepting a visibly damaged package may not be entertained.
