Welcome to Posterera. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms stated below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Posterera reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and other details are accurate. However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or photography settings. Such minor differences shall not be considered defects.

Posterera reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent transactions, or product unavailability. If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order. Posterera shall not be held responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once the order has been successfully placed.

Posterera accepts returns strictly in cases where the product is physically damaged during transit or if an incorrect or mismatched product has been delivered. Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory for any claim. The video must clearly show the sealed parcel before opening, the shipping label, and the product condition in a single continuous and unedited recording. Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

If a return or refund request is approved after review, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must provide valid bank account details for refund processing. In certain cases, Posterera may offer a replacement instead of a refund. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers are advised to refuse the parcel and immediately inform us. Claims made after accepting visibly damaged packages may not be entertained.

All content on this website, including images, logos, text, graphics, and designs, is the property of Posterera and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Posterera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website services.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website or purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
